This Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CarFlo website, services, platform, and offerings (collectively the “Services”).

By accessing or using CarFlo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using CarFlo, you affirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Services Description CarFlo offers vehicle management, listing, rental operations, marketing, booking systems, and related services. We partner with vehicle owners, Key Partners, and clients to convert vehicles into income-generating assets.

3. Account Registration & Use You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must immediately notify CarFlo of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Partner / Rental Agreements Specific partner or rental agreements (e.g. Car Partner Agreement, Key Partner Agreement) define the rights, obligations, and revenue splits between CarFlo and partners. These Terms do not override those specialized agreements where conflicts arise; the specialized agreement will prevail.

5. Booking & Use of Vehicles Vehicles are to be used in accordance with applicable local laws, traffic regulations, and the rules set by CarFlo. Any misuse, unauthorized mileage, geographic violations, or damage beyond normal wear may result in charges or contract termination. CarFlo reserves the right to suspend or cancel bookings at its discretion, for safety, legality, or operational reasons.

6. Payments & Revenue Sharing CarFlo receives bookings and collects payments on behalf of partners/owners. After deducting operational costs (insurance, maintenance, cleaning, platform fees), net profits are split according to the agreement with each partner. Payout schedules and methods are defined in partner agreements.

7. Liability & Indemnification CarFlo maintains insurance coverage for rentals. Vehicle owners / partners remain responsible for mechanical integrity, registration, and unscheduled repairs. You agree to indemnify CarFlo against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of vehicles.

8. Termination Either party may terminate these Terms (or related partner agreements) in accordance with notice provisions in the specific agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding payouts or obligations will be resolved per the agreement and CarFlo’s policies. Rentals in progress may be honored or canceled based on policy.

9. Intellectual Property All content, branding, software, logos, and materials associated with CarFlo are owned by CarFlo or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

10. Disclaimers The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, unless prohibited by law. CarFlo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes are subject to resolution per the dispute resolution clauses in your partner agreement or CarFlo’s corporate location.

12. Changes to Terms CarFlo may update these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
